SUCCESSORS: It is agreed that the covenants, terms and <br />conditions of this Lease shall extend, apply to and firmly bind <br />the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of <br />the respective parties. <br /> <br />18. SEVERABILITY: Should any one or more of the provisions of <br />this Lease for any reason be declared invalid, illegal or <br />unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or <br />unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Lease, <br />and this Lease shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or <br />unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. <br /> <br />19. RELATIONSHIP: This Lease does not create the relationship of <br />principal and agent, partnership, joint venture, or any other <br />association between Lessor and Lessee. <br /> <br />20. CONSTRUCTION OF LEASE: It is agreed that this Lease <br />shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance <br />with the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />21.
