Each client is <br />unique and we tailor our process to fit their unique needs. For as long as you are our <br />client you will have staff dedicated to your account and access to an on-line portal <br />for communication, design process and on-going support. <br /> <br />Dedicated Accounts Manager: Your dedicated Account Manager will handle all <br />issues related to your contract, pricing, future product add-ons, and general account <br />satisfaction. During the initial kick-off meeting, your Account Manager will introduce <br />you to the team, explain roles and responsibilities, and place you in the very capable <br />hands of your Dedicated Project Manager and Designer. <br /> <br />Dedicated Project Manager: Your dedicated Project Manager will handle all issues <br />related to the website design, development, navigation, content, training, timelines <br />and deliverables, as well as ensuring that feedback and communication occurs <br />promptly in order to keep the project on-track.
