This memorandum will review the issues and suggest approaches for the <br />The intent of these regulations on residential <br />properties is to ensure an attractive residential neighborhood environment and safety. <br /> <br />ISSUES & RECOMMENDED STANDARDS <br />From previous discussion there appears to be consensus on the following: <br /> Tractor trailers should not be allowed on residential property; <br /> Commercial vehicles should not be allowed in side or rear yards; <br /> Vehicles parked in the driveway should not hang into the right-of-way; <br /> Increase the number of allowed vehicles stored off the driveway to be 3 vs. current 2; <br /> hicle, maybe no large vehicles in rear yard; <br /> <br />The issues to be regulated would be the following, discussed separately below: <br /> <br />1) Type <br />2) Size <br />3) Commercial vs. personal use <br />4) Number <br />5) Location <br />6) Paved surface <br />7) Screening <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
