We are waiting on the corrected drawings to be <br />returned. Then, a building permit can be issued. <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />The developer has received bids for the project, but they were higher than expected. They <br />are attempting to rebid some of the elements of the project to get costs down and hope to <br />break ground in the fall. Meanwhile the developer is coordinating the necessary <br />administrative work to vacate a drainage and utility easement through the property.
