The proposed driveway would be within 2' of the property line. On the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission agenda is a review of the recently adopted ordinance language that prohibits <br />driveways from easements and setbacks. Previously, the setback for a driveway was 5' from the property line, <br />regardless of setbacks. Driveways were allowed in easements through an encroachment agreement. <br /> <br />The commission should hear the presentation and offer informal comments. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />N/A <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Concept review, for discussion only.
