CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />AUGUST 4, 2020 <br />6:30 PM <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Centerville Planning & Zoning <br />Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a request to vacate an existing <br />drainage/utility easement located on parcel #R23-31-22-12-0007 (1825 Main Street) <br />(vacating all of the 20-foot-wide publicly dedicated drainage easement as depicted over <br />and across Lot 2, Block 1, James Commercial Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County Minnesota. Said plat was filed June 26, 1979 in the office of <br />Registrar of Titles, County of Anoka as Document No. 105830. Atlas Ventures, LLC, <br />owner of said parcel is requesting to provide the City with several drainage/utility <br />easements in exchange as pictured below. Atlas Ventures, LLC, owner of said parcel is <br />requesting the relocation of the existing easement to allow for the construction of Atlas <br />Villas Memory Care which has previously received approval for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow said building.
