This memorandum summarizes our <br />recommendations and the attached ordinance formalizes the code amendments to accomplish <br />this. <br /> <br />ISSUES & RECOMMENDED STANDARDS <br />The discussion at the July 7 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting focused on the following: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />& Zoning Commission felt this was confusing and at odds with common usage where <br />with. It appears in this context in dozens of places in the Centerville code and changing it <br />would be a significant undertaking and I recommend keeping the term as is in the Code. <br />The City Attorney agrees, saying he likes the way the Code defines and uses the term <br />"yard", noting that it is consistent with the common law interpretation; and therefore <br /> <br />2) From previous discussion we understood a consensus on the following: <br /> <br /> Passenger vehicles, such as cars, trucks and vans are acceptable on the driveway. <br /> <br />defined by limits of length, height, and weight. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
