(F)The occupation may involve limited retail sale or rental of products on the premises, provided all stock- <br />in-trade is completely enclosed in the principal structure. Retail merchandise may not constitute more <br />than 50 percent of the principal structure square footage; <br />(G) Unless completely enclosed within an approved structure, no vehicle used in the conduct of the <br />occupation shall be parked, stored or otherwise present at the premises other than as is customarily used <br />for domestic or household purposes; <br />(H) Only on-site off-street parking facilities typically associated with a residence shall be used; and <br />(I)The conduct of an occupation or the use of substances which may be hazardous to or in any way <br />jeopardize the health, safety or welfare of neighbors and neighboring property shall not be permitted. <br />Cross-reference: <br />Outside storage as nuisance, see § 91 <br />§156.103 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING REQUIREMENTS. <br />All single-family detached dwellings shall be constructed according to the following minimum <br />standards: <br /> All dwellings shall have a minimum width of 24 feet at the narrowest point, with the exception of the <br />M-1, M-2 and R-M Districts; <br />Metal siding, with exposed panels exceeding 12 inches in width, shall not be permitted; <br />All newly constructed single-family detached dwellings shall have attached garages. Garages may not <br />be converted to habitable space without replacing the required garage; <br /> Single-family dwellings other than approved earth sheltered homes shall have at least a 3/12 roof pitch <br />and shall be covered with an approved roofing material; and <br />All single-family dwellings shall have roof overhangs which extend a minimum of one foot from all the <br />walls of the structure. <br />Roofing materials on single family attached and detached residential structures over 120 square feet <br />shall be tile, shakes, shingles, copper or architectural metal roof sheeting with factory applied color <br />coatings (and are installed with concealed fasteners). Metal roofing must meet Class IV hail resistance <br />standards.
