A few months ago, the City <br />Council approved the Final Plat for this development, but did not approve the Developer's Agreement. This <br />agreement is a supplement to the original Master Agreement for the overall development of Old Mill Estates. <br />The developer is now ready to begin construction of the infrastructure for the 2nd Addition.
