installed in accordance with Minn. Stat. Chapte <br />written notice to the City certifying that the monuments have been installed. <br /> 8. PERMITS. The Developer shall obtain, or require its contractors and <br />subcontractors to obtain, all necessary permits. Those permits obtained by Developer to begin <br />work include, but are not limited to: <br />A. <br />System Permit For Storm Water Discharge Related To Construction Activity <br />B. <br />C. City of Centerville - Building Permit for home construction <br />D. rmit for land disturbing activities. <br />E. its for small utilities such as gas, phone, <br />electric, cable TV. <br />F. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Sanitary Sewer Extension <br />G. Minnesota Department of Health Water Main Extension <br /> 9. TIME OF PERFORMANCE. The Developer shall install all required public <br />econd Addition Plans except for the final wear <br />course of asphalt by November 1, 2020. Developer shall install the wear course by September 30, <br />2021. The Developer may, however, request an extension of time from the City. The City may <br />exercise the power to delay installation of the wear course for a period no more than two years <br />. If the deadline is extended, Security posted by the Developer <br />shall be updated to reflect cost increases and the extended completion date. The City may only <br />exercise the power to delay installation of the wear course for good cause shown, including but <br />not limited to ongoing construction related truck traffic over the road in question, evidence of <br />trench settlements in the road, or premature failure of the base course. <br /> 10. LICENSE. The Developer hereby grants the City, its agents, employees, officers, <br />and contractors a license to enter the Land to be platted to perform all work and inspections deemed <br />appropriate by the City in conjunction with the Plat development and the Improvements. <br /> 11. SUPERIOR RIGHT OF TITLE. The Developer agrees, and shall not cause any <br />mortgage, lien, easement, covenant or other encumbrance on title to the Land to be superior to any <br />right or title the Developer grants to the City for an easement, the Agreement, this Supplement, or <br />Version 8/6/2020-1 for Council packet Page 6 <br /> <br />
