Apartment Complex Concept Plan <br />The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission was presented with a <br />concept plan for a 3-story, 96-unit <br />apartment complex sited on <br />commercially zoned land between <br />thst <br />20 and 21 Avenues, north of Main <br />Street. The project would require a <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />Rezoning. If the developer chooses <br />to pursue these land use requests, a <br />public hearing would be scheduled to <br />receive community input on the proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
