STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CARES ACT GRANT FUNDING <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby acknowledges that the sum of <br />$2,036.85 will be provided by the county to the municipality under the CARES Act grant to <br />which Anoka County is the Grantee, and the City of Centerville acknowledges that it is subject <br />to the provisions of paragraphs 1 through 5, 7 through 11 and 13 through 15 of the 2020 CARES <br />Act Grant Agreement as if it were the Grantee per attached. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Centerville this 26"' day of August, 2020 <br />. ...................... - ------ <br />Mayor, D.
