STAT. §13d.05, SUBD. 3(b) CITY OF CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES IN CLOSED SESSION MINNESOTA STATUTE CHAPTER 13D.05 The City Council of Centerville, Minnesota met for a regularly scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at: 6:30 p.m. The meeting was held virtually using Zoom and broadcast live via community access cable television. At 8:47 p.m. the Council moved into a Closed Session pursuant Minnesota Statute Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), subject to the following statement of purpose: Landscaping, LLC.
