STAT. <br />§13d.05, SUBD. 3(b) <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />IN CLOSED SESSION <br />MINNESOTA STATUTE CHAPTER 13D.05 <br />The City Council of Centerville, Minnesota met for a regularly scheduled Meeting on Wednesday, <br />July 22, 2020, at: 6:30 p.m. The meeting was held virtually using Zoom and broadcast live via <br />community access cable television. At 8:47 p.m. the Council moved into a Closed Session pursuant <br />Minnesota Statute Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), subject to the following statement of purpose: <br />Landscaping, LLC. Absolute confidentiality is required for a full and candid discussion with legal <br />counsel and such discussion could not occur in a public setting without <br /> <br />Present were Mayor D. Love, Council Members Michelle Lakso, Tom Wilharber, and Russ Koski. <br />Council Member Matt Montain was absent.
