There are several updates or <br />discussion items that should be addressed before we are required to submit our Preliminary Budget at the end of <br />the month. A few of those are: <br />- EDA Budget (proposed 2021 budget attached) <br />- Centennial Fire Dist. Budget (CFD adopted a 0% budget increase recently) <br />- Capital Fund Contingency (further discussion on specifics) <br /> <br />The memo and summary budget has been updated with the new fire contract information, however, the attached <br />General Fund Budget Spreadsheet has NOT; It is simply included for reference. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />TBD <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Discussion item only.
