CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: RequestedMeetingDate: <br />October 21, 2020 <br />EDA <br />VII.1 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Revolving Loan and Grant Program - 7087 Centerville Road <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />At the last EDA meeting, a request for reimbursement for a grant awarded to 7087 Centerville Road was <br />reviewed. It was noted, that the submitted invoice seemed to contain costs related to the removal and <br />replacement of the concrete driveway along the south side of the building, which was not part of the <br />grant-eligible work. <br />After reviewing the invoice with the property owner and his contractor, it was determined that the original <br />invoice was in error, and the entire amount was for the colored concrete work in front of the shop. <br />receipt showing a invoice $4,400, for the driveway.
