<br />(A) Purpose. It is the intended purpose of the B-2 District to provide opportunities for attractive retail and <br />commercial corridor. <br />(B) Minimum development requirements. The minimum requirements set forth for the B-1 District in this <br />Chapter in Section 156.030 (C), (D), (E), (F), (G), (H), (I), (J), and (M), shall also apply to all buildings <br />that may be erected, converted or structurally altered in the B-2 District. <br />(C) Permitted uses. See Table 156-A.1. <br />(1) Uses not explicitly enumerated in this section as permitted uses, but closely similar thereto as <br />determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission, provided these uses are not explicitly <br />mentioned as permitted or conditional uses elsewhere in this Chapter. <br />See Table 156-A.1 <br />(D) Conditional uses. <br />(1) Automobile and motorized equipment service, excluding salvage operation, as accessory to a gas <br />station, provided all repair, assembly, disassembly, or maintenance of vehicles shall occur within <br />a closed building except minor maintenance including tire inflation, adding oil and wiper <br />replacement.
