This agenda item will be tabled until January, 2020. <br /> <br />2A. 19-007: Bald Eagle Waterski Club Annual Permit Renewal <br /> <br />After review of the permit dated June 11, 2014, it was recommended to approve another <br />five year permit, with an annual permit fee of $1.00 per year. This permit would be <br />dated from September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2024, with the following <br />changes/additions: <br />~ continue to share the cost of an on-site porta-potty; <br />~ include storage for the ramp & possibly a small rental fee; <br />~ include language regarding them not blocking the sanitary sewer facilities; <br />~ include no annual fee to be charged; <br />~ request staff to reword document to be more concise; <br />~ check into “Legacy Fund”. <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member <br />Bettinger to include all of the above items in a revised permit to be presented to <br />the BEWC for their signature. All in Favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2B. 19-014: Thursday evening Bald Eagle Waterski Show Vendor(s) Event <br /> <br />After additional suggestions and discussion, the possibility of developing this event <br />will be dependent on the Committee to coordinate this event. It would be preferable <br />for a community volunteer(s) to head this event along with a liaison from the P & R <br />Committee. <br />~ The venders would be included as part of the BEWC promotions with vendors set <br />up by 6:00pm and the water ski show beginning at 7:00pm; <br />~ Event would be held each Thursday from June through August (outside of school <br />year); <br />~ Block off Centerville Road, north of Main Street and host event on that block, with <br />parking in CV Elementary parking lot; <br />~ Recruit food trucks, craft vendors and farmers market-type stands; at no cost to <br />them, initially and no offer of payment from us; <br />~ Discuss possibility of music as part of offerings; <br />~ Determine budget to include temporary items such as dumpsters, porta-potty, etc. <br />~ Administrator Statz will provide a Plan of Action for the Committee to follow. <br />This agenda item will be tabled until January, 2020. <br /> <br />3. 19-028: Centennial Youth Hockey – Park Facility Permit Application <br /> <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />
