CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Committee Chair, Kevin Waeghe, called the September 2, 2020 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br />Committee to order at 6:34 p.m. via Zoom. Results of the roll call are shown above. <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to approve <br />the Agenda as written. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES - None <br /> <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br /> <br />V. UNFINISHED COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. mmittee Member Peterson <br /> <br />th <br />This community event, the showing of Toy Story 4, has been scheduled for September 19 at dusk. The <br />cost of the movie is $450.00. The rental of the projector needs to be reserved. Social distancing needs <br />to be observed and hand sanitizer will be provided. Due to Covid, attendees are being asked to provide <br />their own snacks. Committee Member Waeghe will be making up the flier for this event and provide <br />this information for the Friday Flash. Set up at 6:00-6:30pm for volunteers. There is a 10 day window <br />in which to reschedule due to the weather and/or Covid restrictions. <br /> <br />VI. NEW COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Adopt a Park Monument Flower Garden <br /> <br />It was brought to the attention of the city staff that the City Hall gardens and the gardens by the entrance <br /> <br />
