CALL TO ORDER Committee Chair, Kevin Waeghe, called the September 2, 2020 Meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee to order at 6:34 p.m. via Zoom. Results of the roll call are shown above. II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to approve the Agenda as written. All in favor. Motion carried. III. UNFINISHED COMMITTEE BUSINESS 1. mmittee Member Peterson th This community event, the showing of Toy Story 4, has been scheduled for September 19 at dusk. The cost of the movie is $450.00. The rental of the projector needs to be reserved. Social distancing needs to be observed and hand sanitizer will be provided. Due to Covid, attendees are being asked to provide their own snacks. Committee Member Waeghe will be making up the flier for this event and provide this information for the Friday Flash. Set up at 6:00-6:30pm for volunteers. There is a 10 day window in which to reschedule due to the weather and/or Covid restrictions. VI. NEW COMMITTEE BUSINESS 1.
