The <br />first was for work done, through September 30 and is simply a typical month-end invoice. The second request <br />is for work done through November 6 and includes all the work on the COVID-related office remodel (Change <br />Order #1). The timing of this invoice is to allow payment prior to the deadline for submittal of all CARES Act <br />funding allocations (November 15). <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />As shown on Pay Requests.
