Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />ACRED Partner Meeting <br />A meeting of all ACRED stakeholders, including, county and city elected and appointed <br />officials, business leaders and staff members was held on October 27 at 3:00 PM. The <br />group reviewed and approved the 2021 budget and discussed planned activities for the <br />upcoming year. <br /> <br />ACRED Events <br />The Marketing Subcommittee continues to <br />plan for scheduled events in the fall of <br />2020 in conjunction with the MN Real <br />Estate Journal. Some events are being <br />converted into virtual experiences. Below <br />is a list of events being sponsored by <br />ACRED and their current status: <br /> <br /> Industrial Summit (in-person) November 13 8:00 AM -12:00 PM <br /> Anoka County Business Summit N <br /> Redevelopment Summit (in-person) December 8 8:00 AM -12:00 PM <br /> UpRiver Real Estate Event (in-person) December 16 8:30 AM -11:00 AM <br /> Economic Development Assoc. of MN January 2021 TBD <br /> MNCAR Expo (in-person) Postponed to 2021 TBD <br /> <br />A final round of grant funding is being offered. The application period begain on <br />November 5 and will go until funds are exhausted. Grants up to $10,000 will be <br />distributed on a first come first serve basis. Applicants must submit all necessary <br />documents with their application. Grant recipients from the first two rounds are not <br />eligible for this round of funding. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
