APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />1. June 10, 2020 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided Council Members with an opportunity for modifications. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Wilharber, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br />June 10, 2020 Minutes as Presented. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council <br />Members Lakso, Koski, Montain, & Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Centerville Claims through July 8, 2020 (Check #34055-34083) & (1541E- <br />1545E) w/1542E Voided <br />2. Centennial Lake Police Department Claims through June 23, 2020 (Check <br />#13267-13270) & (ACH 2020020-2020023) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through June 23, 2020 (Check #8836-8847) <br />(ACH 2020016-2020017) <br />4. Pay Request #3 Downtown Street & Utility Improvements – A-1 Excavating <br />5. Res. #20-0XX – Amending Fund Balance Policy <br />6. Encroachment Agreement – 7305 Deer Pass Drive - Fence <br />7. Res. #20-0XX – Appointing Elections Judges for the 2020 Primary & General <br />Elections <br /> <br />Mayor D. Love provided an opportunity for Council to add or remove any item(s) to/from the <br />consent agenda. <br /> <br />Administrator Statz stated that the Council should review Item #7 prior to approval. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski desired to discuss Item #4. Mayor Love pulled Consent Agenda Items #4 <br />& 7 for additional discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve <br />Consent Agenda Items #1-3, 5-6 as presented. A Roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and <br />Council Members Lakso, Koski, Montain & Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski asked whether fees for a recent gas line break were included in the Pay <br />Request. Administrator Statz stated that no fees were included associated with the break as this is <br />customarily handled between the contractor and the gas provider. Council Member Koski also <br />asked about removal of trees in the Downtown area. Administrator Statz stated that 15 trees were <br />removed associated with the widening of the roadways with the contractor working with the <br />Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
