NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BV THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF <br />C7ENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />S Lich assessment is made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute an <br />, a ssesstrient against the lands named therein and the corresponding amounts will be levied <br />a-al.nst it. <br />Such assessment shall, be payable over a period of one (11) year, the first of the <br />histallirients to be payable on or before the first Monday in January. 2021, and bear a late <br />payment fee of 6% interest alid a certification fee of $50. <br />The Clerk shall forthwith transmit acertified duplicate of this assessment to the County <br />Auditor to be extended oil the property tax lists of the County.
