CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />December 9, 2020 <br />Administration/City Hall Reno. <br />IX.7 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Change Order #3 - Dimming of LED Office Lights - (Three (3) New Offices) & Add'l Light in Kitchenette <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />Following installation of the new LED lighting and review of the original quote for Administrative Offices, it <br />was determined that the Reception Office area and the Administrator's Office had occupancy sensors/dimming <br />switches.
