All Interim Use Permits shall terminate on the happening of any of the following events, <br />whichever first occurs: <br /> <br />(1) The date stated on the permit; <br /> <br />(2) Upon violation of the condition under which the permit was issued; or <br /> <br />(3) Upon change in the cityÓs zoning regulations that renders the use nonconforming. <br /> <br />(F) Right of Enforcement. All Interim Use Permits are immediately void when a condition is no longer <br />observed or a condition has expired. The Permit may only be renewed after a new application for an <br />Interim Use Permit has been granted as set forth in this section.
