Resolution #20-027 A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO PLAT — CENTERVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ADDITION AS ATTACHED HERETO WHEREAS, on October 9, 2020 the Centennial School District submitted application for Preliminary Plat to the City of Centerville requesting that the fees for the associated application be waived; and WHEREAS, appropriate legal notice was placed in the City's newspaper of record (Quad Community Press -October 13, 2020) and property owners within 350' of all properties owned by the School District involved in said plat were notified of said hearing; and WHEREAS, the City of the Centerville Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on October 20, 2020 to consider the above stated application and Final Plat; and WHEREAS, the City of the Centerville Planning & Zoning Commission recommended to Council approval of said Preliminary Plat and Final Plat; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Centerville met on October 28, 2020 to consider the recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission and the above stated application for Preliminary Plat and Final Plat (Centerville Elementary School Addition) as attached and made a part of this resolution; and WHEREAS, the following parcels were involved in the proposed Plat with Eve (5) unassigned small parcels abutting 1654, 1656, 1658, 1660 & 1662 Lakeland Circle: PIN 4R14-31-22-34-0009, R23-31-22-21-0007, R23-31-22-21-0008, R23-31-22-21-0009, R23- 31-22-21-0010 (1721 Westview Street), R23-31-22-21-0011, R23-31-22-21-0012, R23-31-22- 21-0022, R23-31-22-21-0023, R23-31-22-21-0024 & R23-31-22-21-0025 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. The presented Plat (Centerville Elementary School Addition) was a part of the Consent Agenda of the City Council's Council Work Session & Meeting Agenda of October 28, 2020, All members of Council were present and the Consent Agenda was Approved by the following motion: Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Wilharber to Approve the Consent Agenda as Presented. A roll call vote was taken: Mayor Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso, Montain and Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. 2. The Mayor and city clerk are hereby directed to sign said recording documents (Plat) for submission to Anoka County for recording.
