COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 20-028 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET AND TAX LEVIES FOR 2021 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing to obtain public input on the 2020 General Fund Budget and Property Tax Levy <br />was held by the City Council of the City of Centerville on December 9, 2020; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that the City Budget is hereby adopted as follows: <br />General Fund <br />$2,796,475 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following sums of money be levied for property taxes payable in <br />2021 upon the taxable property in the City of Centerville for the following purposes: <br />General Fund Levy <br />$2,364,916 <br />Debt Service Levies: <br />Debt Service 2013A <br />166,400 <br />Debt Service 2016A <br />211.789 <br />Total Debt Levies <br />$378,189 <br />Total Certified Tax Levy <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that because sufficient funds have been irrevocably deposited into the debt <br />service fund, the following levy amounts are hereby cancelled: <br />Debt Service 2016A 37,000 <br />Cable TV Capital Note 7r736 <br />Total Cancelled Levy <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the county auditor of Anoka County, Minnesota along with all required documentation. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 9th day of December, 2020. <br />Mayor, D.
