Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />A concept plan for row homes will be reviewed by the planning and zoning commission at <br />their December 8 meeting. The proposal shows 20 units on the city-owned vacant land in <br />downtown. <br /> <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />Excavation and building pad preparation work has begun. <br /> <br />Driveway and Parking Ordinance Review <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission continues to work diligently on issues related to what <br />and where certain vehicles can be parked on residential properties. Both the existing <br />ordinance and the one being contemplated by P&Z do not allow parking of any vehicles in <br />the front yard (not on the driveway). <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Postponed <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting on December 8, 2020.
