City of Centerville <br />EDA Minutes <br />December 16, 2020 <br /> 2. Recommend Appointment of EDA Member. <br />Executive Director Statz asked if the Commission would like to recommend Mr. Knabe to the City <br />Council. President Hanzal asked Mr. Knabe how he felt. Mr. Knabe stated that he could see the <br />commission members had a passion for the city, and that he liked the idea of the gift cards as a <br />way to support local businesses. Discussion took place regarding how the commission members <br />felt about Mr. Knabe being a member, will all being willing to recommend him to the City Council. <br />Motion by Commissioner Weatherhead, seconded by Commissioner Giovinazzo to <br />recommend to City Council that the EDA appoint Mr. Justin Knabe. A roll call vote was <br />taken. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IX. ADJOURMENT <br />Motion by President Hanzal, seconded by Commissioner Giovinazzo, to adjourn the <br />December 16, 2020 EDA meeting. A roll call vote was taken. All in favor.
