COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 21- ,t), <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ASSESSMENT CONTRACT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, Ken Tolzmann, the current City Assessor, is retiring and has chosen to not renew his contract with <br />the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has requested proposals for service; and <br />WHEREAS, the low proposal has been received from Mary Wells; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has determined that Ms. Wells has experience as City Assessor for other Anoka County <br />cities and is well qualified for these duties; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, the City hereby accepts the proposal from Mary Wells as identified in the attachments; and <br />The City Administrator is authorized negotiate a contract with Ms. Wells based on those proposal terms. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 27th day of January, 2021. <br />Mayor, D.
