City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />July 22, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br />The City Attorney presented concepts and strategy to be discussed at an upcoming mediation with <br />Alex Shuda and his legal counsel. All present in the session discussed concepts and strategy, and <br />imparted their ideas and opinions to the City Attorney. No formal action was taken during the <br />Session. <br /> <br />NOTE: The details of the discussion during this Session remain confidential pursuant to the <br />attorney-client privilege. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to adjourn into <br />open session. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso <br />& Wilharber voted in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />XII.
