Grantee to empty a drop box as specified herein, or to properly credit a Subscriber <br />for a payment timely made. <br />5.12.2 The Grantee shall, at the request of and at no delivery or retrieval charge to a <br />Subscriber, deliver or retrieve electronic equipment (e.g., Converters and remote <br />controls). <br />5.12.3 After consultation with the Commission, the Grantee shall provide Subscribers <br />with at least sixty (60) days' prior notice of any change in the location of the <br />customer service center serving the North Metro System, which notice shall <br />apprise Subscribers of the customer service center's new address, and the date the <br />changeover will take place. <br />SECTION 6. ACCESS CHANNEL(S) PROVISIONS <br />6.1. Public, Educational and Government Access. <br />6.1.1 The Commission is hereby designated to operate, administer, promote, and <br />manage PEG access programming on the Cable System. <br />6.1.2 The Grantee shall continue to dedicate and make available six (6) 6 MHz analog <br />video channels for public, educational, governmental and religious use. The six <br />(6) 6 MHz PEG Access Channels shall be allocated as follows on the Effective <br />Date of this Franchise: <br />6.1.2.1 one (1) full-time 6MHz analog video channel for Noncommercial City <br />Government Access Channel use, designed, constructed and activated for <br />discrete transmissions, as described in subsection 4.1.5; <br />6.1.2.2 one (1) full-time 6 MHz analog video channel for Noncommercial Public <br />Access Channel use; and <br />6.1.2.3 three (3) full-time 6 MHz analog video channels for Noncommercial <br />Educational Access Channel use; and <br />6.1.2.4 one (1) full-time 6 MHz analog video channel for Noncommercial <br />religious access use. <br />The Commission shall have the right to rename, reprogram or otherwise change <br />the use of these channels at any time, in its sole discretion, provided such use is <br />Noncommercial and public, educational, governmental or religious in nature. <br />Nothing herein shall diminish any rights of the City and the Commission to secure <br />additional PEG channels pursuant to Minn. Stat. §238.084, which is expressly <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />31 <br />
