CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission held its regular <br />meeting on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom videoconferencing <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Darrin Mosher at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Chairperson Darrin Mosher <br /> Commission Linda Broussard-Vickers <br /> Commissioner Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Commissioner Mark Haiden <br /> Commissioner John Krueger <br /> Commissioner Nick Twohy <br /> <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Darrell (DJ) Olson, Jr. <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Mark Statz <br /> Council Liaison Russ Koski <br /> <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Broussard-Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Fehrenbacher, to <br />approve the Agenda as presented. A roll call vote was taken. All in favor. Motion passed. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />City Administrator Statz stated that this is the third iteration for the Interim Use Permit for this <br />property and explained that the second permit stipulated that all the dirt had to be removed by the <br />end of 2020, but it probably would not happen by the end of the year, so he asked the property <br />owner to submit an application for another Interim Use Permit.
