Rehbein Commercial <br />R&R Leasing is proposing a <br />subdivision of their land <br />thst <br />between 20 Ave. and 21 <br />Ave., north of Main Street. <br />The 24 acre plat includes 5 <br />proposed lots. In conjunction <br />with the plat, development <br />partners are proposing a 103- <br />unit, luxury apartment, a 40- <br />unit, high acuity assisted <br />living and memory care <br />facility and a Kwik Trip <br />convenience store. The two <br />remaining lots would be for <br />sale to as commercial sites. <br />The Planning Commission <br />will review all proposals at <br />their April 6 meeting. See <br />corresponding numbered sites <br />below. <br /> <br />1 - Belleville Landing Apartments <br />Apollo Development, in partnership <br />with Halverson and Blasier Group, is <br />proposing a 103-unit apartment <br />building as part of the Rehbein <br />Commercial Plat. The project would <br />st <br />be located across 21 Avenue from <br />the Park and Ride facility. Covered <br />parking would be available on the <br />ground level of the building, with 3 <br />stories of apartments above, <br />including a rooftop deck, pet spa, <br />fitness center and other amenities. <br />2 - NorBella Senior Living <br />Several development partners are proposing a 40-unit, High Acuity Assisted Living and <br />Memory Care facility (below) as part of the Rehbein Commercial Plat. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
