ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to adjourn the <br />Closed Executive Session and open the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting. A roll-call <br />vote was taken. Mayor Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso, Montain & Wilharber <br />voted in favor. Motion carried. <br />The meeting was reopened to the public at 9:22 p.m. by act of the Mayor. <br />XII. RECONVENE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />XIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Wilharber to Adjourn <br />the Regularly Scheduled Council meeting at 9:23 p.m. A roll-call vote was taken. Mayor <br />Love and Council Members Koski, Lakso, Montain & Wilharber voted in favor.
