COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Old Mill Estates <br />Punch list work related to infrastructure continues. The city retains a letter of credit to cover <br />these items. Lots are for sale. <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />Centerville Storage (20Ave. Mini Storage) <br />Building construction continues. Grading, paving and restoration work will finish up in the <br />Spring. <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />Punch list items including landscaping, ped ramps, mailboxes and shoreline plantings will be <br />addressed in the spring. The city retains a letter of credit to cover these items. <br /> <br />Peltier Estates <br />The Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development for Peltier Estates will be <br />th <br />considered by the City Council at their March 24 meeting. Construction of the development <br />could begin in the spring. <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />Building construction work continues as the new facility takes shape on Main Street. <br /> <br />Driveway and Parking Ordinance Review <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission continues to work diligently on issues related to what <br />and where certain vehicles can be parked on residential properties. Both the existing <br />ordinance and the one being contemplated by P&Z do not allow parking of any vehicles in <br />the front yard (not on the driveway). <br /> <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />A Memorandum of Understanding has been drafted between the City and Centra Homes to <br />further detail the agreement for constructing to <br />downtown. Centra Homes is working with an architect to explore various site layouts, <br />townhome models and driveway and parking arrangements. <br /> <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Used Auto Parts Store looking for a new location <br /> <br /> <br />
