Plan Amend, Rezone B-2 to R-3, Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Permit & Site Plan Review - Apollo Development, Inc. (Belleville Landing Apts.) <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />The City has received a request from Apollo Development, Inc. to construct a 4-Story, 103 Unit Apartment Building on Lot 2, Block <br />2 Rehbein Commerical. The parcel is currently zoned B-2 (Main Street Commercial) and would required a rezone to R-3 (High <br />Density, Single Family Residential) which would require a Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
