In the event that technical difficulties prevent the public hearing from beginning or finishing, the public hearing will be deemed to have been opened and then continued to a meeting at 5:00 PM, in person, at City Hall (1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN 55038), on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and obtain public input regarding the proposed Conditional Use Permit and Rezone from B-2 (Main Street Commercial) to B-1 (Commercial) to allow for the construction of a 40 unit Senior Living facility housing High Acuity & Memory Care Seniors. The hearing shall continue until all evidence and testimony has been received by those present or in writing prior to the meeting.
