Task to be potentially completed by the City <br />The City may choose to complete some items internally. Specially, under Task 1, the City could <br />complete the majority of the permit application since it has been completing the annual report, andhe <br />majority of the information that will be included in the application will come from the annual reports. <br />Stantec would assist the City as needed to complete the application. If the City were to complete this <br />work, Stantec’s proposed fee for Task 1 would be reduced to $1,200, a reduction of $3,800. <br />6. Conclusion <br />Services will be provided in accordance with the Master Services Agreement between Stantec and the <br />City of Centerville. If this proposal is acceptable to the City, please sign and return one copy for our <br />records to indicate we are authorized to proceed with the services discussed in this proposal. We are <br />prepared to begin work on the tasks upon authorization as our schedule indicates and look forward to <br />continuing our working relationship. <br />The tasks outlined above will be prepared by or under the supervision of Peter Allen.
