Consideration of Amending Chapter 154.060: Commercial District (B-1) for <br />Residential Occupancy Above Grade Floor. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert Hunt opened the public hearing at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated this was requested by a business developer, Mr. Paul <br />Keleher, who had a client that had previously expressed an interest in residential <br />occupancy above grade floor. However, that client was no longer requesting this, so <br />there was no pressure to approve this tonight. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Klennert Hunt asked if this had been discussed at the prior meeting. <br /> <br />Page 1 of5 <br />
