CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />April 28, 2021 <br />Administration <br />IX.1 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Ordinance #113, Second Series - Amendments to City Code Chapter 156 and Table 156.A.1 (First Reading) <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />A public hearing was held on April 26, 2021 to discuss changes to city code related to Car Washes and Vehicle <br />Sales and Service, including changes to table 156.A.1 (Table of Allowed Uses). Public input was taken. <br /> <br />A draft of the proposed changes, with new language in italics and deleted language in strike-thru, is attached for <br />your consideration. <br /> <br />If Council wishes to follow the statutory suggestion for code amendments, this would be a "first reading" of the <br />ordinance, with a second reading to follow on March 12. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />N/A <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />No action if used as a first reading.
