We recommend that this be adjusted southerly to match <br />the existing bus exit from the Park and Ride lot. <br /> <br />5. Sidewalk is shown extending from Watermark southerly to Street A. We recommend that <br />the sidewalk be extended to Main Street and part of the project development. <br /> <br />6. The plans note that Anoka County completed an access review letter, dated 3/1/2021. Please <br />provide a copy of the letter to Diane Hankee, City Engineer. <br /> <br />7. The proposed apartment building abuts single family residential to north.
