APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion made by Committee Member Waeghe, seconded by Committee Member Seeley, to <br />approve the Agenda with tabling of Unfinished Business items: 1. Master P & R Trail Plan, <br />2. ADA Playground Equipment & 5. Lighting for Smaller Skating Rink to the May meeting <br />and the addition of the following items under New Business: V1.5. Anoka County Radio <br />Club Special Events & Permit & V1.6. Minnesota Grown Program. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />New Business; 1.
