<br /> <br /> <br />Centennial Lakes Police Officers are <br /> <br />consistently attending both mandatory <br /> <br />and elective training throughout each <br /> <br />year. This training includes use of force, <br /> <br />firearms/active shooter, and emergency <br /> <br />vehicle operations. 2020 was a difficult <br /> <br />year to maintain in-person trainings <br />which we have attended in years <br /> <br />past. With the influx of web-based <br /> <br />training, we were able to accomplish a lot <br /> <br />of our mandated training. Through our <br /> <br />Daily Training Program, officers were able <br /> <br />to continue to revisit department policy, <br /> <br />watch videos, conduct real-life scenarios, <br />and discuss current events.
