The 24-acre plat includes 5 <br />proposed lots. In conjunction with <br />the plat, partners are proposing a <br />103-unit, luxury apartment, a 40- <br />unit, high acuity assisted living <br />and memory care facility and a <br />Kwik Trip convenience store. The <br />two remaining lots would be for <br />sale as commercial sites. The <br />Planning Commission will review <br />all proposals at a special meeting <br />on April 26. See corresponding <br />numbered sites below. <br /> <br />1 - Belleville Landing Apartments <br />Apollo Development, in partnership <br />with Halverson and Blasier Group, is <br />proposing a 103-unit apartment <br />building as part of the Rehbein <br />Commercial Plat. The project would <br />st <br />be located across 21 Avenue from <br />the Park and Ride facility. Covered <br />parking would be available on the <br />ground level of the building, with 3 <br />stories of apartments above, <br />including a rooftop deck, pet spa, fitness center and other amenities. <br />2 - NorBella Senior Living <br />Several development partners are proposing a 40-unit, High Acuity Assisted Living and <br />Memory Care facility (below) as part of the Rehbein Commercial Plat. <br /> <br />
