<br />At our April 22 City Council meeting, we will have a workshop and I intend to get the <br /> <br />Is there anything related to the market or viability of this project that has changed on <br />and construction costs are probably going <br />down, but lending restrictions and investor cold feet are probably on the rise. I did <br />read one article that said that the housing market will NOT crash like it did in 2008/9 <br />because during that recession, we went in with an excess of available homes, <br />whereas in this case, we still have a housing shortage, and recession or not, people <br />will need those homes. Our <br />current financial assumptions use an 80% loan to cost financing model. Keeping our <br />fingers crossed that lenders will continue to loan at the 80% level. We also believe <br />that lenders will now be diving deeper into the financials of our existing properties, <br />taking longer to get loan approvals. <br /> <br />Hope your workshop goes well.
