<br />FEMA <br />We are setting up our Grant Portal through FEMA to allow us to make claims for disaster <br />reimbursement. We have been actively coding various invoices to <br />keep unusual expenses related to the pandemic separate from our normal costs. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Met Council Population Estimates <br />2019 Annual Population Estimate: The Metropolitan Council estimates that the City of <br />Centerville had 4,050 people and 1,388 households as of April 1, 2019. Household size <br />averaged 2.917 persons per household. The city may make comment on this estimate if it <br />feels anything is in error. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />The developer is working on buttoning up the Phase I improvements. Work remaining, includes <br />the construction of trails and sidewalks, wear course paving and general site stabilization and <br />finish grading. <br /> <br />An extension to the time of performance for a few pieces of infrastructure on Phase I was <br />granted at the last City Council meeting. The extension goes to the end of 2020 and appears <br />to be a reasonable request. The city still holds a substantial letter of credit to ensure these <br /> <br />
