Lots are for sale and several building permits have now been pulled. <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />Punch list items including landscaping, ped ramps, mailboxes and shoreline plantings <br />will be addressed in the spring. The city retains a letter of credit to cover these items. <br /> <br />7241 Main Street <br />rveyors have been in communication. An <br />application for Preliminary Plat is anticipated soon. <br /> <br />Block 7 Property (Downtown) <br />A Request for Proposals was sent out to several developers interested in the property in an <br />effort to better compare multiple proposals at one time. Developers will be asked to produce <br />a concept layout, elevation views and submit a financial commitment statement, outlining <br />their expectations for any participation from the city, in development costs. <br /> <br />The proposals will be reviewed at a joint meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on <br />February 2, 2021 at 6:30 via Zoom. <br /> <br />Atlas Villas Memory Care Project (1825 Main Street) <br />Excavation and building pad preparation work has begun. <br /> <br />
