Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />New Members <br />Councilmembers Steve King and Darrin Mosher were appointed to the EDA to fill the spots <br />th <br />designated for City Councilmembers. Two candidates were interviewed at the January 20 <br />meeting of the EDA to fill the vacant, at large seat. The City Council will consider the <br />th <br />appointment, at its January 27 meeting. <br /> <br />CenterStage <br /> <br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Apartment Complex Concept Plan <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission was presented with a concept plan for a 3-story, 96- <br />thst <br />unit apartment complex sited on commercially zoned land between 20 and 21 Avenues, <br />north of Main Street. The project would require a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />Rezoning. If the developer chooses to pursue these land use requests, a public hearing <br />would be scheduled to receive community input on the proposal. <br /> <br />th <br /> <br />Centerville Storage (20Ave. Mini Storage) <br />Building construction continues. Grading, paving and restoration work will finish up in the <br />Spring. <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />Punch list work related to infrastructure continues. The city retains a letter of credit to cover <br />these items. Several lots still remain. <br /> <br />nd <br />Old Mill Estates 2 Addition <br />Punch list work related to infrastructure continues. Lots are for sale and several building permits have now been pulled. <br /> <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />Punch list items including landscaping, ped ramps, mailboxes and shoreline plantings <br />will be addressed in the spring.
