Once we get their <br />approval, we will resubmit all remaining items, through the formal process. <br />Bay View Villas (Waterworks Site) <br />Curb, gutter and pavement is now complete, with pond construction to follow shortly. <br />Building Permits are now being issued. Below is the most recent map of homes sold: <br /> <br />Old Mill Estates <br />Street construction is complete and we are now issuing building permits. There are three <br />builders active on the site. Sidewalk and trail construction will be completed in the spring <br />to avoid problems with late season construction and damage from builders. The <br />developer will also be working on retaining walls, boulevard grading, and interim grading <br />issues this fall. <br /> <br />
