I believe the residents of Centerville & some of our neighbors in
Lino Lakes Watermark Development were unaware that the P&Z meeting was the only
meeting for input from the public...as I was! This along with the Meeting ID & Password
changing from the one listed on the Centerville Website made many people assume
that the meeting was closed to the public, not knowing what to do.

We had requested the Quad Newspaper do a story in regards to what was proposed for
the above property 2 weeks ago, but they never called us back. This would have
notified everyone what was being proposed for this land and the scope of the project.

Proper notification through Social Media, Newspaper, & Petitions along with an accurate
Time and Location listed on the Centervillemn website will get us the feedback in a
proper public forum from everyone that wants to give their input. St. Gens Community
Center/Church, Council Chambers with individuals coming in individually or in small
groups, or an outdoor venue could accomplish this coupled with social distancing &
masks. This would allow for public comment from everyone including those that are
intimidated by the Zoom Meeting or can't find it.

I have spoke to a few of you on P&Z and Council and many residents & we all share the
same vision for our town. We all know what we need and we should do everything we
1
